CLICK REGISTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS! HCSS is a local non-profit that serves Hanover county residents with mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities. We provide educational opportunities for the community such as disability employment symposiums, scholarship opportunities to high school teens entering college and so much more. Proceeds from this event go to fund projects that our youth advisory council puts on like open gyms for children with special needs and mental health initiatives.
